They may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor modified or reposted to other sites without prior permission.

  Downloading LEARNING ZONE material

The Learning Zone allows viewing and downloading of most of its materials for personal, non-commercial use only.  Downloading does not imply transfer of title in the materials and copies of the materials. By downloading material from this site, you agree to:

• retain, on all copies of the materials downloaded, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials;
  

• leave the material unchanged at all times;
  

• not reproduce or publicly display, perform, distribute, or otherwise use the material for any public or commercial purpose;

Sometimes the courses in The Learning Zone may ask for personal information to provide you with a service. This information is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the request and on a strictly confidential basis by appropriate Avanta personnel or its licensed agencies.

It will not be provided or sold to any company for independent use.

  Protection of privacy

Avanta Enterprise Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to The Learning Zone and does not engage in unauthorized collection of users' data or cookies, unless specifically stated at the appropriate website page where such collection might take place.

If such data is collected, it is collected and used only with the user's permission and never for unauthorized marketing or unsolicited emailing purposes (spamming). Avanta Enterprise Ltd does not associate itself with unauthorized marketing or unsolicited emailing or any activities associated with them. If you feel you have received such mail in the name of Avanta, TNG, InBiz, AskJAC or The Learning Zone, please contact us as soon as possible with examples so we can investigate.

Furthermore, as required by current relevant legislation (see below), Avanta Enterprise Ltd follows procedures in the storage and disclosure of information to prevent unauthorised access.  The Company does not sell, trade or rent personal information to others. It may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors but these statistics include no personally identifying information.

By using The Learning Zone, you consent to Avanta Enterprise Limited collecting and using certain data as described above. If we change these statements, we will post the changes on this Learning Platform so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

  Design

• Not all pages in The Learning Zone are print-friendly.  This is because that many courses are designed in 'Flash' and are supplied by third parties.

• Where possible, all text uses a relative font size - this means that you can resize the text using your browser, see below

• All images have been given descriptive ALT text except for images which are for decorative purposes only. These have a null ALT attribute which means that they are not read by screen readers.

A large number of documents are available for download from this website. Wherever possible, these documents are made available in Portable Document Format (PDF).

Adobe Flash Player is required to access the video case studies. This is available free of charge from the Adobe website.

Furthermore, neither viewing the learning platform nor the desire to create a website about The Learning Zone or products grants automatic rights or licence to use any material contained herein.
